Please carefully review the refund and cancellation policy before confirming your registration:
1. Non-Refundable Tickets
All tickets purchased are strictly non-refundable.
2. No Refund for Unused Services
No partial or full refunds will be issued for services not utilized by the participant, including but not limited to:
Food & Beverage (F&B) services
Pre-scheduled meetings
Conference sessions
Networking events
3. No Refund for No-Show
Failure to attend the event (no-show) will result in forfeiture of the full registration fee. No refunds will be provided.
4. Refunds in Case of Organizer Cancellation
Refunds will only be issued if the event is formally canceled by the organizer for business reasons. In such cases, the maximum refund will be limited to the amount paid by the client. No further claims or compensations will be entertained.
5. No Refund for Client Cancellations
If the participant chooses to cancel their registration for any reason, no refund will be applicable, regardless of the timing or cause.
6. Non-Transferable & Non-Exchangeable Tickets
All tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be resold under any circumstances.
7. Force Majeure Clause
The organizer shall not be held liable for any delay, cancellation, or alteration of the event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, etc.)
Acts of God
War, terrorism, or civil unrest
Pandemic outbreaks or public health emergencies
Government restrictions, lockdowns, or regulatory changes
Power outages or internet disruptions affecting the venue
In such cases, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, or transform the event into a virtual or hybrid format without any obligation to refund the registration fee. A rescheduled event shall be deemed a full performance of the organizer’s obligations.
